Ohio NEMO Program Ohio NEMO provides non-regulatory, research-based information to county and municipal officials, engineers and consultants, and others involved in community planning efforts. The program focuses on the relationship between land use and the health of natural resources.		Ohio NEMO is a nonpoint pollution education program of Ohio State University Extension working under the umbrella of the newly formed Sustainable Streams, Watersheds & Water Resources Outreach Extension Team. Ohio NEMO is a charter member of the National NEMO Network.
